  The office manager of the MVC needs to fire the clerk that refused the lady who had a scarf on her head, which was bald, due to chemotherapy because she had breast cancer! She publicly humiliated her and when the KIND clerk at the other window got her old picture and made her a new license! It is the policy. Because of people with medical treatment. It is good for a year. When the KIND clerk asked her to have a seat while she made it, she broke down crying! I don't blame her, I would of broke down too! Then a woman went and told her the most awful thing! She overheard the clerk say, Can you believe that B****? Does she think she is the only one that has had cancer? WOW! She deserves to be FIRED!!! The Bible says, Your words will find you. You will reap what you sow. I am not wishing breast cancer on this ding a ling,, but you have to be careful of what you say, because it will come back with a vengence. FIRE HER!

  If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I'd be too kind. Nasty, rude workers who cop an attitude over the TINIEST mistake, even when it's their fault. Then they proceed to talk behind your back - except not really because it's loud enough to hear!!! Get a work ethic ladies!!! And next time you have someone who doesn't know where to put certain info on a title transfer, a little more help than "anywhere on this side" & attempting to ridicule me because it's in "the wrong spot" for my "attitude" & "lack of common sense". It won't kill you to be slightly tolerant of others for 5 minutes out of your day.

  Driving examiner was very rude and inconsiderate. Things have improved here, but this place is in need of a serious overhaul.
